Student Take Home Device

We will only be providing devices for students in grades 3rd-8th and only upon request.

Parents have three methods of requesting a device:

  • Parents can simply fill out the Student Take Home Device Request and Acceptable Use Agreement and turn that into the front office. This option will work similarly to last year.

  • Parents can visit a link (https://forms.office.com/r/fNfxKYdcd7) to a Microsoft Form and fill out the necessary information to request a device. Tech department staff will take those responses and get them to the appropriate site tech to start setting up a device.

  • Parents can call the tech department and request a device over the phone. We will then get that information to the appropriate site tech.

A signed Student Take Home Device Request and Acceptable Use Agreement will need to be collected before a device is given out, regardless of the method the request was made. When the device is picked up, a copy of the Take Home Device – Release and Responsibilities and Student Instructions will be handed out with the device.
