The Central School District Advisory Committee is a legally required committee comprised of parent representatives from the School Site Council from each school site and other school and district staff. The DAC meets three times a year to receive updates regarding the local control accountability plan and other pertinent information regarding Central School District's educational and parent programs. The committee is also the body which works as a liaison to the school community. DAC will be meeting in the Central School District Community Room at the district office and Zoom as indicated on the agenda. While there each school is represented by an elected representative from SSC, all are welcome to attend.

The Central School District English Learner Advisory Committee is a legally required committee comprised of representatives of from the English Language Advisory Committee(ELAC) from each school site. The DELAC meets three times a year to receive information pertinent to the English Learner community such as ELPAC testing results, Redesignation of English Learners, parent education, Title III programs, Local Control Accountability Plan, and other items that affect English learner students. DELAC will be meeting in the Central School District Community Room at the district office and Zoom as indicated on the agenda. While there each school is represented by an elected representative from ELAC, all are welcome to attend.

The GATE Parent Advisory Committee is made up of parents, district personnel and community members. The committee meets three times a year and serves as an oversight committee for the District GATE Plan and as well as providing the forum for sharing of ideas regarding GATE students in Central School District. GATE will be meeting in the Central School District Community Room at the district office and Zoom. All are welcome to join us!

The Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC) is group of Special Education parents and staff that meet 3-4 times a year for the purpose of educating our families and improving the Special Education processes and services within the Central School District. Our meetings include presentations on current topics and time to provide invaluable input on the needs of our students and their families. Dates, times and presentation topics are communicated through Parent Square contact and are posted on the district website. All are welcome to join us!

Each school has an elected School Site Council which is mandated under ed code comprised of a legal composition of members representing the school, parent/community and at our secondary schools, students. The SSC meets three times a year to revise and develop the Single Plan for Student
Achievement (SPSA), Safety Plan, Parent Involvement Policy and other school related topics. Annually, the SSC has an opportunity to provide input into the local control accountability plan and other pertinent information regarding Central School District's educational and parent programs. The committee is also the body which works as a liaison to the school community. SSC meets at the school as indicated on the agenda. While each school is represented by an elected representative from SSC, the meetings are open to the public.
