Regular Crepes
Makes 3-4 crepes

1/3 cup of flour
1/2 cup of milk
1 egg
1 tbsp of sugar
pinch of salt
1 tbsp of vanilla extract

Vegan Option
Makes 3-4 crepes

1/3 cup of white wheat flour
1/2 cup of dairy free milk
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tsp of sweetener
pinch of salt
1 tbsp of vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until crepe mix has a thin/watery consistency (if it is too thick add more milk).

Heat skillet on stove at a low temperature and put in a tablespoon and a half with butter to cover the entire bottom of the skillet.

Once butter is melted, pour crepe batter into the center of the pan to almost fill the bottom of the pan, swirl around to cover the rest of the pan.

Let cook. Raise temperature on stove to medium/a little past medium if needed to cook faster.

Once the crepe begins to turn into a solid and bubble, go ahead and flip it and cook the other side. It should take about 5 minutes for the entire crepe to cook.

After put crepe on a plate flat to fill. Spread Nutella, sliced strawberries, and sliced bananas on crepes (do not layer so it's easy to roll/fold). Once filled roll/fold over crepe and cut into 1.5 inch bites.

Top with whipped cream (optional).

Voila!!

Happy baking! Ms. C
