As we prepare for the new school year in Distance Learning, your child will need pertinent information to log into their classes the first day of school on August 10th. Please come to Cucamonga Middle School on the following dates to receive their materials:
Tuesday, August 4th, 6th graders only;
On Wednesday, August 5th, 7th graders only;
and on Thursday, August 6th, 8th graders only.
We will have distribution between the hours of 1 pm and 4 pm in the lower parking lot on Hellman Ave.
Please enter the lower parking lot making a right hand turn from Church Avenue.

Good evening CMS families, this is Mr. Morales. I want to welcome you to the 20-21 school year. We will start the year in Distance Learning. We are going to be sending out messages with more specific information throughout the next two weeks. To ensure you get all the up to date information, please go to the App store and download the new CSD 91730 App. Please ensure that when you do Data Confirmation on-line that you fill out the "Lives With" field. Our office hours this week are from 8 to 12. We want you to know we are working hard to ensure your student has wonderful year. The school year will look a little different from years past, but your child's safety and learning is our primary concern. Please look for additional messages over the next two weeks. Please go to https://centralsd.asp.aeries.net/Student and log in with your email address and password in order to verify your information and complete the process. *Per California State law, your child will not be able to start their 7th grade year without showing documentation that they have received the Tdap booster (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis) and 2nd MMR. Even during this time, this requirement is not being waived by the state. This also applies in whatever form school resumes.
The documentation has to be on file for your student to receive their school schedule for 7th grade.

Data confirmation is open and available by logging into your Aeries parent portal account. Completing data confirmation will greatly reduce the amount of time and paperwork and is necessary before classes are assigned for the 20-21 school year. Please go to https://centralsd.asp.aeries.net/student log in with your email address and password. If you still cannot log in please call the CSD Tech Department at 909-484-5301 and we will be happy to help.
TDAP Booster and MMR vaccine:
As we prepare for next school year, per California state law, your incoming 7th grade child will need to have proof of a TDAP Booster vaccine and a second MMR vaccine prior to starting the 7th grade. Your child may have already received these required vaccines and the health office will just need proof of immunizations. Once we receive your child's immunization record, your 7th grader will have their class schedule released to you at the time of registration.
Please check your child's immunization record. If they have not had these vaccines, please make arrangements with your child's health care provider/physician.
This requirement is not being waved by the state during these times.

STUDENT PICK UP TODAY:
We will have our last student belongings pick up today between the hours of 3 pm and 5 pm. If your student has missed the prior days, come by today and pick up all belongings your child may have here at CMS, drive thru style. If you miss this last day, we will have your child's belongings in a safe place until next school year. Have a great summer!!

On Tuesday, June 9, from 3 to 5 pm, we will have our last pick up for student belongings, promotion certificates, and yearbooks. If you are not able to drive your student to school, we will put them in a safe place for pick up during the new school year.

This Friday, May 29th, will be our make-up day for ALL grade levels for students to pick up their belongings. If the students had missed their designated day, this will be a day for them to be driven to school to pick up their belongings anytime between 11am and 1pm.
